In 2015 the vessel has been sold and was converted and upgraded to Dynamic Position DP 2.
The vessel can be engaged for DIVE SUPPORT, ROV-OPERATION and WIND SERVICE SUPPORT.

The vessel was built in Germany for the Coast Guard and fisher surveillance.

MV FUGRO GAUSS
HEMPEL SHIPPING GMBH carries out the technical management of FUGRO OSAE's FUGRO GAUSS.
The 60 meter vessel is fully equipped with the latest systems including a high-accuracy SkyFix XP DGPS positioning system and multibeam echo sounders.
The vessel features several survey rooms and offices, a conference room, a working deck area of 250m², sample handling facilities including heavy-duty horizontal movable beam and winches.
It can be operated worldwide, and is perfect for large scale surveys in any part of the world.
